Mr. Ujjwal Kumar Bose joined the legal profession in 2002, initially dealing with diverse litigation works, but subsequently expanding to multifarious non-litigation and transactional work. Over the years he has worked as an in-house counsel for various organisations in different sectors like Capital Market(Reliance Capital), Petrochemicals (Haldia Petrochemicals), Traditional manufacturing (Kesoram Industries), Big Four consulting firm (PwC) and real estate (Bengal NRI Complex Ltd.).

He had the opportunity to deal with matters before various forums including Supreme Court of India, High Court at Calcutta, Delhi High Court, CESTAT, Anti-Dumping Authority and International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) to name a few. Mr. Anindya Basu joined the profession in 2003, after completing his masters. Over the years he has dealt with various Constitutional, Civil, Arbitration, Revenue and Company matters as a Counsel for various clients including The Peerless Group, The Statesman Ltd., Akzo Nobel India Ltd.
